Owner and Chef Joel Vetsch brings 25 years of culinary experience to the kitchen at 60 Bull Cafe. Vetsch refined his approach to cuisine while working at some of Charleston's longest standing fine dining establishments. He went on to open a private catering company serving clientele around the country.

In 2016, Vetsch co-launched 60 Bull Cafe at a historic storefront in the downtown neighborhood of Harleston Village. His straightforward approach to cuisine means fast service with fresh ingredients and inventive combinations that taste like home.
